16"x20" acrylic, styrofoam covered with papier mache', plaster, copper.....this piece i had sitting for about 9 mos. and almost threw it away...but i rescued it and i think it looks great now....

this one is made from recycled styrofoam, window blinds, bits of wire that a friend was saving and just gave them to me, and the little diamond shapes are molded from cookie trays...i have a quote around the sides and top..."it may be hard for an egg to turn into a bird: it would a jolly sight harder for it to learn to fly while remaining an egg. We are like birds at present. And you cannot go on indefinitely being just an ordinary, decent egg. We must be hatched or go bad." c.s. lewis 2'x2'
